Does Incremental Exercise to Exhaustion Induce Cognitive Fatigue?
I have been focusing on cognitive fatigue experienced during exercise, such as impaired attention and concentration, and investigating its mechanisms. In this presentation, I will introduce the effects of incremental exercise, a common exhaustive exercise model, on executive function, and discuss the exercise conditions under which cognitive fatigue occurs.
