A research group including Mayu Sato (2023 graduate), Miyuu Sasaki (2023 graduate), Lecturer Genta Ochi, and Associate Professor Takeru Shima from Gunma University's Joint Faculty of Education revealed that the physical workload from long-term training in athletes, which has only been evaluated subjectively, can now be assessed non-invasively and physiologically using stress hormones in hair!
