【Field Research】Performance Testing for High School Athletes

We conducted performance testing for rowing athletes from Shizuoka Prefectural Arai High School using peripheral blood lactate levels, an indicator of exercise endurance.

The results confirmed the effectiveness of their training during the off-season, and we look forward to their success at the 36th National High School Rowing Championship (March 22-23, 2025)!
