【Research】Performance Measurement Conducted for High School Athletes

We conducted performance measurements using peripheral blood lactate values, an indicator of exercise endurance, for rowing athletes at Arai High School, Shizuoka Prefecture.

We were able to confirm the results of their off-season training, and we look forward to their success at the 36th National High School Rowing Selection Championships (Saturday, March 22 - Sunday, March 23, 2025)!
